Vintage Retro Deco 14k Gold Emerald+Sapphire Cabochon Wide Cuff Bracelet54.4 gr. Offered today is a GORGEOUS solid 14k vintage cuff bracelet, with natural emerald and sapphire cabochons. This is a very unique, high-end bracelet, definitely sure to draw attention. It is wide, heavy and has a fabulous presence on the wrist. This is a 1940s “Retro Deco” bracelet. The surface is done in a Florentine brushed / satin gold style. The front side of the bracelet contains 10 genstones, each set in a raised flower shape. There are no gems on the back side of the bracelet. Five vivid green Colombian emerald cabs, ranging in size from the largest at 6.5 x 4.5 mm about. 70 ct; two others just slightly smaller at 5.7 x 4 mm and 6 x 3.5 mm about. 50 ct each; one 5 x 3 mm. 30 ct and one 4 x 2.5 mm. The six sapphire cabochons are untreated, cornflower blue, all measuring a little over 2 mm about. Total gemstone weight is approximately 2.68 ctw 2.20 ctw in emeralds. 48 ctw in sapphires. All gems are intact, with no damage. This is a hinged cuff, with a depression-style tongue-in-box push clasp, for easy access and wear. This fancy vintage bracelet measures 1 1/4″ at the front, and 7/8″ at the back. It is hallmarked 14k and tests positive for 14k. It measures 2 1/4″ across the inside of the oval, and will fit up to a 7″ wrist (snugly). I have a 6.5 wrist and you can see how it fits me in the photo. It weighs a massive 54.4 grams of solid 14k gold, and is in excellent vintage condition.
